At Cutvora, we specialize in digital design files, including CNC files, SVG designs, PNG graphics, DXF files, laser cutting templates, and other downloadable digital products.

Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products and their immediate electronic delivery, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable once the digital files have been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products.

Refund Exceptions

We understand that technical issues can occasionally occur. We will review refund requests involving:

  • Digital files that cannot be downloaded due to a technical issue we cannot resolve.

  • Missing or incorrect files.

  • Corrupted or defective files that cannot be repaired or replaced.

  • Duplicate purchases made accidentally.

  • Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital files through the order confirmation page and/or an email containing your download link.

If you experience any problems downloading or opening your files, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
